Bookings & Payments
All tickets, bookings, and services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Strict No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases, bookings, and services are strictly non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Illness (including COVID or similar conditions)
• Travel disruption
• Inability to attend
Failure to attend an event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, transfer, or credit.

Transfers & Credit
At our discretion:
•Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice
•Transfer requests must be made no later than 48 hours before the event
•Credit may be offered in exceptional circumstances

All transfers and credits are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.


Chargeback & Payment Disputes
By purchasing a ticket or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds under these Terms will be formally contested.

We reserve the right to provide:
•Proof of purchase
•Confirmation of agreement to Terms & Conditions
•Evidence of service availability

to the payment provider in defence of any dispute.

Event Changes
We reserve the right to:
•Change event dates
•Change venues
•Adjust event formats

Where a venue is changed within the same town or city and remains suitable, no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Government restrictions
• Lockdowns
• War or national emergency
• Illness outbreaks
• Travel disruption
• Severe weather

We reserve the right to:
• Reschedule the event
• Offer credit for a future event
• Modify the format of the event

Refunds will not automatically be issued under these circumstances.
Cancellation by Paula Obrien
If an event is cancelled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:

• The event will be rescheduled where possible
• A transfer or credit will be offered.

Travel & Accommodation

We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or related costs incurred by attendees.

Event Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is:

• Disruptive

• Inappropriate

• Intoxicated

• Unsafe to others

No refund will be issued in such cases.

Filming & Photography

Events may be recorded, photographed, or filmed.

By attending, you consent to:

• Appearing in promotional content

• Use of images/video across media platforms

If you do not wish to be included, please notify the team prior to the event.

Online & Technical Responsibility

For online events, readings, or classes:

We are not responsible for:

• Internet connectivity issues

• Device failures

• Software or access problems on the attendee’s side.

Personal Responsibility

Any actions taken following a reading or service are the sole responsibility of the individual.

Email Readings

Email readings are sent to the customer within 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays which may take longer. We cannot answers questions on Health, Pregnancy, Legal or Financial matters. All payments are made via PayPal.

You must be over 18 to use this service. We want you to have a positive experience so if you are unhappy with your live chat, please end the session and try another Reader.

Chargebacks

In the event that Allstar Psychics receive a chargeback from a customer, who has legitimately used the service as per the terms and conditions, then Allstar Psychics will pursue the customer to retrieve the monies owed for the reading. All additional charges that Allstar Psychics may incur, from either the merchant company or a recovery company, will be liable for payment by the customer. We also reserve the right to bar customers from the use of our services, should a chargeback be made against us.
