Imagine getting to speak to your loved ones through Paula, all whilst being in the comfort of your own home!
We know that using something like Zoom for an appointment with Paula can seem bizarre especially if you’re not familiar with technology.
This document is here for your reference should you need any help either before or after booking a Zoom appointment with Paula.

Simply register for a Zoom account using your email address. This will allow you to sign in be ready to go when you receive the link to join the Zoom Meeting at the time of your appointment.
You are ready to go, usually within 24-48 hours of booking your Zoom appointment with Paula you will receive a personal confirmation email, in this email will be a direct link to join the Zoom appointment.
We ask that 15/20 minutes before your appointment time you click on the link and ensure it works and takes you into the waiting room for the appointment.
From the waiting room, Paula can admit you into the meeting as soon as she has finished with her previous appointment.
You can expect a phone call from Paula’s wonderful admin team the day before your appointment just to make sure you are comfortable with Zoom and are ready for your appointment.
