Ingredients
- 300g mix of Milk and Dark Chocolate
- 1 Tin Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup of Mini Marshmallows
- 70g Butter
- A large handful of Walnuts ( or any other filling you wish to use, you could use Glacier Cherries, Smarties, Peanuts, anything that you fancy, as long as its a dry ingredient!)
- A Pinch of Sea Salt

Preparation
- Into a mixing bowl add the Chocolate, Condensed Milk, Butter and Marshmallows.
- Put into the microwave for 30-45 seconds, take out and stir everything round to keep it moving and stop it from burning.
- Back into the microwave and repeat step 2 until everything has melted and is smooth and a thick consistency.
- Stir through the Chopped Walnuts until fully combined.
- Pour mix into a lined tin roughly 2-3 inches deep. Sprinkle the Sea Salt on top and leave in the fridge to set for a couple of hours until fudge and hardened.
- Upturn onto a chopping board or tray and slice into desired chunks. It will keep in an airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.
