Ingredients
- 350g plain flour
- 500 ml boiled water
- 1 pinch of salt
- Caster sugar for dipping
- Nutella or equivalent for dipping
- Chopped nuts

Preparation
- Add the flour, water and salt into a mixing bowl and beat well until fully combined and resembling mashed potato.
- Chill mixture for 30 minutes to firm it slightly.
- Using a star nozzle and a piping bag, pipe the mixture in horseshoe shapes into hot frying oil (either in a safe pan or deep fat fryer)
- Melt your nutella and prepare your toppings.
- Remove the Churros from the hot oil when golden brown and crispy.
- Either roll in the caster sugar for a more traditional approach or dip into the melted chocolate and coat in chopped nuts if your feeling indulgent!
