Ingredients
- 40g Plain Oats (Healthy Extra B)
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Sugar Free flavoured Yoghurt ( I use Vanilla Muller Light for 1 syn)

Preparation
- You will need a silicone waffle mould, or cupcake mould depending on the shape you wish your baked oats to be. (I purchased mine from Amazon for no more than £5)
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees using a fan assisted oven.
- Spray the mould with a few sprays of Fry-light.
- Mix all the ingredients listed above in a small bowl until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into the silicone mould and pop into the oven.
- Bake for around 10-15 minutes until oats are firm and golden brown.
- Plate them straight up with whatever fruit and yoghurt you choose to use and have them hot as a winter warming breakfast or pudding, Alternatively leave them to cool and have them as a snack or an afternoon treat!
