Ingredients
- 40g Oats (Healthy Extra B Slimming World)
- 1 Whole Egg
- 2 tbsp Fat Free Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Powdered/Granulated Sweetener
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence

Preparation
- Begin by blitzing your oats in a food processor to make them into the consistency of a course flour.
- Place the oats into a bowl and mix in the egg, yoghurt, sweetener, baking powder and vanilla essence.
- Stir thoroughly until a cake batter consistency.
- Spray a mug (any size) with some Frylight.
- Pour your batter into the mug and pop in the microwave on a high power for roughly 2 minutes or until risen and spongy.
- Tip straight out of the mug and enjoy with some Yoghurt or Quark and either some stewed berries or fruit on top!
