Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp Crucials BBQ sauce ( or similar brand)
- 2 Dairylea Light Cheese slices

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Take your chicken breasts and open them out (butterfly them) giving you more surface area for the sauce. Place them onto a lined baking tray and pop them into the oven until the chicken is cooked through.
- Take the chicken out of the oven and spread 1 tbsp of Crucials BBQ sauce onto each opened up chicken breast and spread it out. At this point you can also add other toppings, maybe mushrooms, onions and peppers if you fancy!
- Place a cheese slice on top of each chicken breast and put them back into the oven to let the veggies (if you’ve added them) cook and the cheese go melty and oozy!
- Serve these with potatoes, pasta, salad, vegetable, anything you like! They’re so versatile!
