ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE WORRY FREE
Everyone has worries , no matter how big or small and that’s ok. How we deal with it however can cause huge problems to our mind , body and soul. A constant barrage of thoughts in your mind all day is unhealthy.
Imagine if you will a glass and a jug filled with water . Every time you pour a drop into the glass it is the same as putting a worry in your mind. Over the period of a day the glass eventually overflows. This overflow after a period of time becomes anxiety , depression and panic attacks
Your then left with the mess to clean up and from someone who has had the mess to clean up , believe me it ain’t easy !
So tip of the month is :
‘ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE WORRY FREE FOR ‘
‘10 MINUTES EVERY DAY’
If a worry enters your mind, say hello and let it go. Simply let it come and go without paying it attention.
Write it down if you must at the end of every day and then pay it no mind
Meditate for 10 mins every day and let your mind wander to where it wants too
Do a puzzle or watch a movie that YOU want to watch and allow yourself to float away
Keep your mind busy and you can easily allow just 10 mins every day to be worry free.
Each week you can add 5 mins on to it and see how far you get in a month . Set a new goal each month for yourself to reach but dont worry about if you didn’t achieve it !!!
