Ingredients
- 2 cups Pudding Rice
- 2 cups water
- 4-5 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
- 1 flavoured fat free yoghurt of your choosing (I use Muller Light Toffee or vanilla for 1 syn)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Preparation
- Add the rice, water and sweetener into a pot and bring to the boil.
- Turn down and simmer until the rice softens and its becomes thick and gloopy.
- Take off the heat and stir in the Vanilla Extract and 1 pot of fat free yoghurt & optional nutmeg.
- Allow to cool and thicken some more.
