Ingredients
- 60g couscous
- 0% Greek Yoghurt
- Fresh or frozen fruit of your choosing (Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- Granulated sugar or sweetener.

Preparation
- Soak couscous as instructed on the packaging until fluffy and soft.
- In your bowl or serving glass, layer the cous cous, yoghurt and fruit until you’ve used all of your cous cous.
- Sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar or sweetener to finish and enjoy!
