Do you have a piece of jewellery or something left to you by a loved one who has crossed over? Most of us do, however small. This could be a ring, watch, maybe a necklace or a brooch, perhaps you have a piece of easing clothing, a hat, scarf, dressing gown maybe?
Have you ever wondered why you often feel the need to just sit and hold it or even wear it? Certainly for just the sentimental feeling to it would be enough of a pull to find it and wear it or hug it, as it can make us feel especially close to the person who it belonged to before they crossed.
However, did you know there is deeper meaning to it that goes beyond sentiment?
There are many ways to communicate with our loved ones in heaven and the art of Psychometry is one of them. You may or may not of heard it? I will explain a little further for you.
Every thing on earth is made up of moving atoms, nothing actually stays still. Weird eh? Takes a bit of getting your head around the actual concept of this I know.
So when someone has worn something their imprint is put onto it and it stays with the object forever. How many times have you held your item so closely and felt a pull to that person, a tug if you like. A sense of them actually being with you, however brief or feint that feeling may be.
This is because in that very item their energy is being felt! When I feel or hold an object because my vibration is a little higher in tune than perhaps yours is, I am able to actually use this as a form of communication with your person who had it in this life and if you have been wearing it, guess what? Some of your energy is imprinted in this also and so on to whoever keeps it and wears it.
It’s like a little video playing through the object into my mind of the energy of the owners.
Some psychics use this all the time to talk to your loved ones as perhaps this is their strongest tool.
Far too many times to mention at my events or reading sessions I will be asked from heaven to mention that the person receiving the reading has something special that they have brought with them. More often than not it’s safely tucked away in a pocket or a handbag so I can’t see it! But it usually is mentioned and why did you bring it in the first place? Well you have a pull to that person, a link that goes far beyond what you think it does in that ring or important piece that you felt the need to bring.
Some days you may feel more than others the need top be close to it, I like to think that it is heaven calling us through a somewhat slightly strange mobile phone! When we pick up the item, we are connecting to the call and however they can they will use this to simply ‘connect’. It could be a thought in your mind, a feeling in your body or just a feeling of pure love flowing through you.
So, next time you feel the urge to cuddle your dads top or sit with your mums ring on and touch it or have a necklace on and keep feeling it during the day every ten minutes (yes, I’ve done this). Just take a moment and think what else is going on behind the scenes, a direct connection to your loved ones in a very unique way!
Take a moment to read the following taken from Wikipedia and perhaps you could research more into it if you feel the urge too.
Psychometry also known as token object reading,[2] or psychoscopy,[3] is a form of extrasensory perception characterised by the claimed ability to make relevant associations from an object of unknown history by making physical contact with that object.[4] Supporters assert that an object may have an energy field that transfers knowledge regarding that object’s history.[4]
Joseph Rodes Buchanan coined the word “psychometry” (measuring the soul) in 1842.[6][7] Buchanan came up with the idea that all things give off an emanation.[8]
The Past is entombed in the Present! The world is its own enduring monument; and that which is true of its physical, is likewise true of its mental career. The discoveries of Psychometry will enable us to explore the history of man, as those of geology enable us to explore the history of the earth. There are mental fossils for psychologists as well as mineral fossils for the geologists; and I believe that hereafter the psychologist and the geologist will go hand in hand — the one portraying the earth, its animals and its vegetation, while the other portrays the human beings who have roamed over its surface in the shadows, and the darkness of primeval barbarism! Aye, the mental telescope is now discovered which may pierce the depths of the past and bring us in full view of the grand and tragic passages of ancient history![9]
