Ingredients
- 40g Ready Brek
- 2 or 3 cups of Grated Carrot
- 1 tsp Mixed Spice
- 1 tbsp sweetener or sugar free syrup
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 50g Quark or Plain Yoghurt
- Banana & Apple
- 7 Chopped Hazelnuts/ Walnuts

Preparation
- In a pot on the stove add 40g of Ready Brek, both cups of grated carrot and enough water to make it soupy. On a low heat, cook through until carrot has softened and porridge is of the correct consistency.
- Stir through your diced apple, sweetener and both Mixed Spice and Cinnamon.
- Pour into a bowl & serve with a dollop of Quark or yoghurt at the side, chopped banana and chopped nuts, even add an extra sprinkling of cinnamon on top for a delicious warming Autumn/winter breakfast!
